As her mother, I find the comments of some people disgusting and based on ignorance. Unfortunately that is what happens when you put yourself out there where anonymous people can take a jab at you. I am touched by how supportive all of you have been towards her. You know how hard she has worked and the success she has had that has resulted from her drive and her determination. I am proud of her. She has proven herself time and time again to be a wonderful mother, a loving wife and an astute business woman. She is also a caring daughter who brings light into my life every minute of every day and I love her with all my heart. She is blessed with a gorgeous, sweet and gentle daughter and a loving and supportive husband both who have supported her in this venture. I know she will do well on the show because she does well at everything she sets her mind to. Keep supporting her and defending her. Thank you.

I guess the main point in all of this is that the spineless, faceless idiots are going to have their say no matter what. All we can do is keep the support for Heather going strong. and we'll drown out the idiots.

The powers that be have been in touch with our friends at PerthNow (News Limited), and they have changed the 'horns' photo of Heather to something a little less rock-chick...

The Entertainment Editor of PerthNow was very supportive, and they expressed they are supportive and fully behind Heather to represent Western Australia in the upcoming Apprentice.

I guess the takeaway is... dont worry about the 'Nay-sayers'. Heather will prove herself by her actions, and she doenst need defending to negative comments that are purely open comments, not opinions based on knowledge. It will all soon be revealed, and I for one, cant wait!!!

I have recently found out that there will be editorials run in TVweek and NW magazines late in September. Hopefully this coincides with The Apprentice going to air on Channel 9. Stay tuned and I will update as soon as I know more.

YAY!!

Oh... and I know I am a little late with all the postings and rants... but I think the show of support for Heather is amazing!
I am blown away by the love shown by family and friends. Thankyou so much!!

Well, they seem like a nice bunch of people and very different from those who have appeared on the UK and US versions of the show. The mix is interesting and should make for good viewing.

Hi everyone, just wanted to say I didnt realise it was Heather on the ads until it was pointed out to me, shows how much attention I pay to the TV!! Im amazed at some of the things I have seen written on the perthnow site, ppl who claim because they went to school with her they can write her off! For goodness sake it was HIGHSCHOOL!!! I also went to school with her & to be honest believe it was more the ppl she hung around than herself that where the way they where, I ran into her years later & found her to be nothing but joyful so to all the negative twits out there I say GROW UP & GET OVER IT ALL YOUR NOT TEENAGERS ANYMORE!!!
I hope Heather kicks butt & goes all the way!
